TO ORDER WITH PAY PAL

You have to have an account with Pay Pal to use this option. With Pay Pal, you can use a VISA, MasterCard or Discovery card. We are set up and the process is very simple and saves the time of sending a check. Pay Pal is owned by eBay and is very secure. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Your records are inserted in a clear polysleeve, wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection, and packed in 200 lb test mailing cartons. We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. Our principal shipping method is US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS.

Most orders for a single LP album will weigh just under 1 lb when packed, some older records, multiple records, audiophile records and those in gatefold jackets will fall into the 2 lb or more category and will have to be "zoned".

Larger orders are shipped by air or ground Parcel Post or UPS (your choice), we will determine the actual charges and advise you prior to shipment.

INSURANCE

Please note, all record shipments MUST be insured. Please remember that our responsibility ends when we take your order to the post office or other designated carrier for shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. The cost for insurance is nominal when weighed against the possible alternatives.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied for ANY reason, within 30 days, just return the record in the same condition as sent to you for a full refund, including your return postage costs. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and (again) must be insured. E-mail or call for an RA prior to shipping.
